1. Definition of terms

• Druge storitvene dejavnosti, Miha Itanimon Korošec, s.p. (hereinafter: the company, the organiser or event organiser): is acting as the the developer, owner and provider of the https://guardiansfestival.com/ website and the associated web store (hereinafter: online platform), whereby, in relation to consumers, the company also acts as a seller or intermediary in the online sale of tickets and related products. The company is also the organiser and issuer of tickets for the festival/music event “Guardians Festival” (hereinafter: the event), in relation to which it advertises and sells the relevant tickets on its online platform.
• Guardians Festival General Terms of Sale​ v 1.0. ​(hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions): these General Terms and Conditions are permanently published on the link and represent the contract for the sale of tickets on the online platform, that is concluded with each consumer when he purchases a ticket on the platform,
